・Acts that infringe on the rights of our company, other users, or third parties

Our company makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or safety of the content of this service.

Article 4 (Changes to the Terms)
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to users, if deemed necessary.

Article 5 (Service Support Fee & CRTC Compliance)
In compliance with CRTC 2026-43 guidelines, mandatory carrier activation and connection fees have been eliminated. Customers have the option to activate their service independently via the carrier's online platform at no additional cost ($0).

Special Terms for Canadian eSIM / SIM Card

Application Process
Once your phone number is activated, we will send an email with your phone number and contract to your registered email address.Please note: Your phone number is NOT yet active at this stage.
By setting up your eSIM within Canada, you can access Lucky Mobile services (calls, mobile data, etc.). Setup instructions will be attached to the post-activation email.
If there are errors in your submission, activation may be delayed. We will contact you via email in such cases.
Activation is unavailable on Sundays and statutory holidays in BC/ON. Applications made during holidays or outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.
Plan Fees
Plans and terms may change due to carrier or company circumstances. If a plan is downgraded, we will notify you and a plan change may be required.
Changing activation info and Cancellation Policy
To change the activation date or cancel, email activation@ketaiya.com with the subject "Cancellation/Change of Activation Date" including your name, requested date, SIM number, and reason.
If you cancel your order for personal reasons, a cancellation fee will be deducted according to our policy, and the remainder will be refunded.
※ Refund policy: 100% refund if canceled before shipping SIM card or activation esim, no refund after shipping SIM card or activation eSIM.
Terms and Privacy
Personal information will be used solely for service activation purposes.
