No. Lucky Mobile services provided by Ketaiya are for use within Canada only. Calling, texting, and mobile data will not function in the USA or any other countries outside of Canada.

Yes. You can use most international credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) for both the initial payment and monthly bills.

Only your Passport. You do not need a Canadian ID, a SIN (Social Insurance Number), or a study permit to sign up for our prepaid plans.
