Maximum Connections

Up to 16 devices
We recommend connecting no more than 5 devices for optimal performance.
The more devices connected, the slower the data speed may become, and the faster the WiFi device battery will drain.
Insurance (CAD 2 / day)
This insurance reduces the damage fee (CAD 300) for water damage, breakage, etc. by half.
The fee is calculated based on the number of days from the rental pickup date to the return date.
- When using this service, a deposit of CAD 300 will be charged in addition to the plan fee at the time of payment.

If, upon return of the rental product, there is any damage such as water immersion or breakage, or if any part of the main unit or accessories is missing, a damage fee of CAD 300 will be charged to the credit card used for the deposit.

For customers who have subscribed to the Insurance (CAD 2 per day), the damage fee (CAD 300) will be reduced by half.
Canada Domestic Delivery Option (CAD 60)
We can deliver the rental device to hotels, homestay addresses, and other locations within Canada.

This fee covers round-trip shipping.

For returns, you must drop off the package at a nearby Canada Post location.

Shipping is from our Vancouver or Toronto store. Depending on the delivery address, it may take up to 10 business days.

Please note: If you apply for delivery within 10 business days of your intended usage date, we cannot guarantee the device will arrive on time, and no compensation will be provided in such cases.
