I recently rented a mobile WiFi hotspot (also called a "pocket WiFi") from this store. I used it in my recent travels to Japan, and got internet service everywhere I went. My friends and I rented a van and drove from Tokyo to Kobe, Osaka, and Kyoto. I was impressed as I had reception and internet access everywhere. This included while driving in the boonies, on small mountain roads, back roads, and even when I visited some of Japan's famous racetracks which are often located in the middle of the countryside.

Great service , had to rent a pocket wifi for a trip to Japan . They had great rates and the wifi worked perfectly the whole trip .We even used it at the hotel as the pocket wifi was better than any hotel wifi we stayed at.Will use their service again 🙂

absolutely wonderful, the reception and the battery life was amazing. having wifi is an absolute must for travellers like us,fist time in japan and not a clue where we going. we relied heavily on our google map to get around. the air bnbs we stayed in all offered a free pocket wifi but they barely worked even with the phone practically butted up next to the wifi. Thank goodness my friend picked a pocket wifi from Ketaiya's !!!
